My husband and I selected this townhome because of the location in Sacramento and because of photos showing a modern and newly renovated interior. The reality was even better than the pictures. We enjoyed making our breakfasts in the large kitchen with every appliance you could want. We were escaping the cold of and chaos of San Francisco on July 4th weekend and Nima's place provided just the peaceful location we were seeking. We turned off the AC and opened the sliding doors and big windows to feel the heat and breeze from outside. The big trees outside the window and throughout Sacramento were a wonderful surprise. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, over to the weekly Farmer's Market and down to the riverfront and Old Sacramento. It was easy to find paid parking in front of the building and free weekend parking nearby. Tower Theater and the Tower Café were a few minutes away by car as were Oak Park and restaurants in Midtown. We would definitely stay at Nima's place again

This home was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Sacramento - walking distance to Old Town, the ballpark, and Drake’s The Barn. The home was clean and had all the amenities for our stay. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat if available.
