Important House Rules & Reminders (Strictly Enforced) To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests and residents, please carefully review the following rules. By staying at the property, you agree to comply with all house rules and applicable fees. General Rules • No pets are allowed on the property. • Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and any other smoking-related activities are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all common areas within the apartment complex. The community is a non-smoking property, and compliance with these rules is required. The fact that other residents may smoke does not grant permission for guests to do so. Please smoke only on the public street and properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes. Do not litter, extinguish cigarettes on the property, or discard ashes anywhere on the premises. • Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette gatherings, celebrations, hangouts, and similar activities are not permitted. • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. • Self-check-in is available via smart lock. • Please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community at all times. • Do not wash dishes in bathroom sinks. • Burning candles, incense, fireworks, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited. • Personal mail deliveries are not permitted. Amazon package deliveries are allowed; however, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. • Please keep the door locked at all times to help ensure your safety and protect your belongings. • The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number listed on the reservation. Unregistered or unapproved visitors are not allowed. • Loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances are prohibited, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Excessive internet usage beyond the limits of our service plan will result in a $50 overage fee. Please Respect the Home A simple rule to follow: If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, repair or replace it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, return it to its original place. Waste Disposal Reminder To comply with local waste management regulations, please dispose of all waste properly: Trash, recycling, and organic/yard waste must be placed in their designated containers. Do not place non-recyclable items in recycling bins. Do not place trash or non-organic materials in yard waste containers. Do not leave loose trash outside of designated bins. Improper waste disposal or contamination of bins may result in an additional $250 disposal fee. Liability Disclaimer Guests assume full responsibility for their stay and use of the property. The property owner and management are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of personal belongings, valuables, packages, or items left behind during or after your stay. Fees & Additional Charges • Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or evidence of smoking on the property: $250 fee • Lost remote controls (TV, fan, air conditioner, etc.): $100 replacement fee per remote • Unauthorized late check-out: $50 per hour after 11:00 AM • Additional guests not included on the reservation: $50 per person, per night • Blocking, covering, disconnecting, or tampering with surveillance cameras: $250 fee • Improper waste disposal or contamination of recycling/organic bins: $250 fee Starter Supplies Toiletries, paper products, and other household supplies provided at the property are intended as a complimentary starter kit for your arrival. Guests staying for extended periods or requiring additional supplies are responsible for purchasing any extra items needed during their stay. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
