Please note that we have installed a security camera at the front door, pointed outside for security purposes, and a NoiseAware device inside the home to monitor noise levels. The NoiseAware device is not intended for recording, and please be assured that we cannot hear any audio from it. We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION during your stay at our property: • Extension requests that would result in a stay exceeding 10 nights are not permitted. Guests must create a new booking for additional dates, as the property allows a maximum stay of 10 nights per reservation. • Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property. • Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed. • Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM. • Please use the smart lock for self-check-in. • Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances. • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited. • Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. • Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings. • The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed. • Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it exceeds the limits of our plan. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge. • AC Usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please do not make any changes to the thermostat settings. If an HVAC visit is required due to thermostat adjustments, the service cost will be charged to the guest. • Holiday Cleaning Fee A holiday cleaning fee also applies to guests who check out during recognized holiday dates. An additional fee will be charged for bookings that meet the criteria for both deep cleaning and a holiday stay. This amount will be collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center after the reservation is confirmed. • Guests are expected to treat the place as home. A deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if the property is left excessively dirty or not properly maintained. • FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking. • FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50. • FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue. • FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras. •Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.
