5 star all around! Amir Hosseini was a great host! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as shown in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and quick to respond when needed. The space was spotless and had everything we needed and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was very convenient, walkable and close to shops and restaurants which made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautifully designed house, definitely better than pictures. All new and luxury furnitures, with a super cozy feeling. House is super clean and had all amenities and appliances we needed. It was 5 mins walking to best cafe and bars/restaurants of mid-town sacramento, and a block away from Safeway which was very convenient for us. Communication was great and we had no issues. Oh and we loved the frame TV. Would highly recommend this place.

This is our second time renting the unit. Convenient location with assigned parking. Kitchen easy to use and everything is updated. The hosts are very responsive to fix any issues. Would return again!

I loved staying here, it was everything I needed for my trip. Parking was EASY! It was a concern of mine due to Sacramento charging for street parking, or having strange hours- but it made my trip SO much easier knowing I had a spot just for me at any time. Everything in the house was labeled with clear instructions Everything was super clean and in great condition. Easy walk to Old Sac., Tree House Cafe or the Rivercats stadium (not in season right now, but close by)! There is a shopping center not too far of a drive away, with Target, Nugget, Dollar Tree, and more in case you forget anything. Hosts were SUPER kind and responsive. The neighbors do have a dog, but I only heard it once and I could tell they did everything they could to keep it quiet. It lives behind a fenced yard, covered in trees- so you don't even see it. Hey, it's a dog and people are allowed to have pets ❤️ 10/10 will stay again.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and has everything you need. Felt like home. Very close to excellent restaurants & bars. Convention center was only about 1.5 miles. Mohsen was a great host and his team was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely rent again when in the area.

Stayed here with some friends for CIM! Space was great and as described. Top end appliances and features. Despite having a group of six, it still felt like we had plenty of space and privacy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Nima was also super responsive.

I was looking for a place close to downtown and found Mohsen’s place. It’s super close to downtown and really quiet considering it’s close to the highway. Mohsen is super easy to get a hold of, and provided excellent instructions for check in and parking. I had no trouble finding their place and I always found parking right out front. Their home is extremely spacious and beautiful! I personally loved the fireplace and how Mohsen wanted to make sure we checked in okay and if there was anything I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. Plenty of space, clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed. It's urban, so don't be surprised by regular pedestrian traffic of all sorts. Quick access to points north of downtown. Host was very helpful and responsive, check-in went smoothly. Appreciate that they don't ask you to do all the cleaning yourself. (Of course, be a thoughtful and responsible guest, but you don't have to strip the beds--that kind of extra work.) Nice that there's a small park across the street.

Overall, highly recommend! The unit was perfectly clean, had working appliances, beds and sheets very comfortable. Within a walking distance to a large grocery store, and parking was relatively easy. Moreover, Mohsen and team were very responsive and friendly over chat and phone call. If anything, the front gate lock was a little fussy at first. Thank you Mohsen!
