The place was just as described. Modern renovated unit with comfortable beds, immaculately clean throughout. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Good location, walkable to nearby restaurants. Street parking was no issue. Mohsen was a kind, responsive host. Only downside for us was the 2nd night we stayed, there was a lot of noise from the unit above. But overall still rate it 5 stars.

We loved this apartment! Everything was exactly as described in the posting. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect as we were right over the bridge to old Sacramento. Loved seeing the little squirrel in the morning too

We had a wonderful stay in Midtown Sacramento! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in such a convenient, central location—perfect for exploring the area. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and it really showed in all the little touches throughout the space. There were plenty of amenities that made our stay feel comfortable and easy, like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sacramento!

This place is great! Definitely worth a stay. there was some great restaurants close by and we really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Parking is FCFS around the area, but we never had an issue finding a spot reasonably close. The only downside is that the interstate is close by so there is a bit of noise, but after a day or two it is just white noise. The place is clean and everything works well. They communicate really well with super clear instructions.

This place was perfect for our girls weekend! Minutes from downtown, but still tucked away and quiet. Parking and finding the unit was a breeze, and the unit itself was lovely!! It had absolutely everything we needed and nothing more, and we kept saying how good of a find it was! I appreciated the small touches, Brita water filter, seasonings and hot sauces, the sound machine… things that made it feel more homey, and not so ‘corporate’. I do wish we were able to turn the AC down juuust a tad, as at moments it ran slightly warm, but I understand with older buildings theirs trickiness with that (just something to keep in mind for warmer months). Hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and it genuinely felt like they cared about our trip being perfect. Overall, an amazing stay, and 100% would recommend. We will be returning!

Alex's place was in a great location, close to shops and food. Neighborhood was quiet at night. We didn't experience any neighbor noise. Place was super clean! Hosts were very helpful and gave great info beforehand. We will definitely consider staying here again!

I love how easy it was to walk around the city, rarely had to pay for ride services. The space is cozy for my party that stayed and host was very responsive

Felt like home too me which was very comforting being new to the city from moving from Michigan. It was absolutely beautiful! Noah has the best backyard with beautiful gardens (literally my favorite part🌸!) Very peaceful and private felt just like home. Met some wonderful neighbors very friendly people.
