This is my third stay at the property. The host is always responsive and accommodating. It’s a 5 minute walk from old Sacramento and a 5 minute drive from groceries and other services you might need while in town. This is my preferred place in the capital.

The place was great. Close to many great places to eat. Easy access to everything and very easy access to downtown. We had an awesome time while staying at Noah’s place. Our experience in Sacramento was even better for staying at an affordable and very nice place. We appreciate their quick responses to any questions we had.

The place was great, and the hosts were fantastic and responsive. I had some questions ahead of arriving in town, and they were very helpful with all of them. They also were super accommodating when we had a request on check out which we very much appreciated.

Amazing apartment very well, kept and clean , great communication with Noah and Alex. Very easy check in and out comfortable bed clean sheets, and towel towels overall very good. Highly recommended.

We felt right at home. It is cozy and comfortable. We love to stay in a home so we can cook our meals and this kitchen was perfect. We love having a washer and dryer! The porch is so cute with lights and a bar with stools. The location near the ballpark and downtown was ideal, easy to walk everywhere. We stayed here for Ironman California and could not have had a better location. We loved the TV and living room for relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great and amazing home. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely book again if we are ever back in the area and would highly recommend for anyone coming to the area.

We had a great stay! The host was quick to respond and even accommodate an early check in. There quite a few walkable options for food and drink close by. Street parking wasn’t an issue during our stay. Would stay again!

We had a great stay at this spacious and clean home. The home was well equipped and comfortable. We particularly liked the cozy fireplace and the comfortable beds. This home is on a busy road but so well insulated that we barely noticed the outside noise. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and easily found street parking no matter what time of day or night.

The place was spotless and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy style. The technology was perfectly balanced — everything you’d want for convenience without feeling overdone. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was great too, with several fantastic restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Everything felt clean, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. We’d definitely stay here again!

“Nice stay overall — responsive host and good location despite minor issues” The price was great, the neighborhood felt safe, and the location was perfect—close to Old Sacramento and lots of restaurants. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and even nicer than the photos. We appreciated the extra coffee and condiments left behind. The host was very responsive when there was a plumbing issue due to their old system. They got a plumber out quickly, though the toilet backed up into the shower and no cleaner was available, so I took care of it. Don't turn on cross street as maps directs —it’s on 5th St with a “707” sign. Our parking sign had flipped around, luckily walk in directions crom host helped. Sound carries between suites, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper or don't sleep in the acoustic panel bedroom in the Governor's Suite. Overall, a great value and lovely space—we’d consider staying again, maybe in a different unit. Hosts were always responsive and kind via messages
